Car and Train on the Barkly East Branch.

Pulling away from Ulrie on the now closed Barkly East line, on the afternoon of 11 July 1999. The line uses 8 “reverses” to climb steeply from Lady Grey into remote and mountainous country. Class 19D number 3323 with a mixed train gave three local lads something to watch from their vantage point on a derelict car.
